We produce filtering machines to eliminate the particles of soot from the smoke of the wood burning pizza ovens used for cooking pizzas or generated by the smoke of charcoal grills. Our machines prevent the solid fuel chimney from catching fire and eliminate its atmospheric pollution. The filtering method is activated inside our machine with water thanks to a patented system of depuration based on a triple action: spray, centrifugation and impact. The water consumption is very limited because our machine can operate for 12 hours recycling the same water.

IDRO250
The IDRO machine is fan equipped and operates ensuring an exhaust flues flow between 800 and 1800 cubic meter / hour.
Made entirely with Stainless Steel. These machines can also solve various situations due to less chimney natural draught.
These scrubber machines are available in two sizes IDRO 200 and IDRO250, each one operates with electric connection on single phase 240 volts or three phases 400 volts .
The IDRO250 can be equipped with inlet collectors and flue exhausts with a diameter of 200, 250, or 300. They are usually provided with collectors of 250 mm. The main feature of this machine is that it can be horizontally crossed by the flues thanks to the position of its collectors. This feature makes it easy to be positioned on the chimney in its horizontal position usually straight after the oven’s flue outlet.

IDRO200
This is the most compact machine and can only be equipped with collectors with a diameter of 200 mm. Its reduced dimensions and flue inlet and outlet collectors positioned on the top allow it to be positioned in particularly tight spaces and in circumstances where it is impossible to use other models.
