Made entirely with AISI 316 Stainless Steel these are three machines which can be inserted between the wood burning oven and its chimney given the corresponding respective diameters of 200, 250 and 300 millimetres.
The installation of these machines can grant sufficient natural draught for the corresponding wood fired oven in force of the Venturi effect generated by the pressure of the internal water sprayers.
The purpose of this machine is to put out any live spark taken in by the chimney from the oven. Its main function is based on washing the flues with water. Applying and using this machine eliminates the risk of fire in the chimney due to the accumulation of soot and reduces the cleaning program because the same machine holds the total soot generated by the oven.

The machine can be inserted between the chimneys realising a support structure on the oven. This 400 Watt machine consumes about 5 litres of water per hour as well as a daily tank load of about 30 litres. An analogue system self-adjusts the internal level of water contained in the machine.
In the basic version, the control panel situated near to the user allows daily switch on and emptying of the machine’s tank by means of the effluent water channelling.
Once on, the machine is automatically reset to normal functioning in full autonomy. During functioning, this machine has limited environment noise that can be tolerated in the working environment.

Even if not fan equipped these amazing machines allow the operation of exhaust flues flow between 400 and 1000 cubic meter /hour with the lowest energy and water consumption.
These three machines are usually fitted on the top of the wood burning oven to prevent floating embers from entering and the chimney catching fire.
The internal water sprayers catch the embers and allow the flue gas to escape.
The machine can also be integrated with a Fire Damper connected to the exit collector.
