Gas + heated bedplate oven range FG
This gas oven is a direct result of wood fired ovens and represents the modern evolution of its operating concept and baking quality.
The “FG” ovens heating system operates thanks to two gas burners and allows constant baking conditions. The dome gas burner is placed inside the baking room (normally on the left side – on request is possible to place it on the right side) and it simulates the fire of wood in a clean and safe way.

The Dome Burner can be adjusted in two ways:
• It can be modulated as flame intensity from minimum to maximum in a continuous way (minimum flame 10 centimetres - maximum flame 40-50 centimetres). The flame modulator control knob is available to the User on the front controls panel.
• The dome temperature can be programmed on the double display thermostat and it controls the operating dome burner.
• The second burner is placed under the oven floor and warms the bottom.
• This ON – OFF function of this gas burner is controlled by the thermostat in function with the selected oven floor temperature.

On the double display thermostat the User can select the temperatures of the oven’s dome and bedplate. The oven controls system automatically maintains the programmed temperatures ensuring constant baking conditions. The flue exhausts coming from the under-floor burner cooperate to heat the oven crown before exiting the chimney, thanks to an exclusive air circulation system, therefore the residual heat of the under-floor burner flues is also used. The combined action of the two burners provides a high efficiency oven with small consumptions of gas.
This oven does not require any particular maintenance and it is ideal for intensive production.
This oven can be converted to a wood fired operating oven as for the “MIX” range.
The “FG” Range is also available with Cupola Finishing.
These ovens are available in four sizes of internal diameter: Ø 100 cm., Ø 110 cm., Ø 130 cm., Ø 150 cm.
