Much more than the “MR” oven range mentioned above. The “MRI” is a combined – rotary – hybrid oven. As previously described, this oven can operate as a combined wood and gas fired oven or if required, thanks to a very special gas system placed inside the oven dome, it can function as a gas fired oven with a double independent burner.
The oven fireside is divided in two parts by a cast iron partition, this allows the oven to be heated using wood, gas or both!

The oven can be heated using only gas. For aromatising baked products just add pieces of wood to the fire. The Upper Burner, thanks to its double operating controls based on the intensity of flame modulation and maximum dome temperature, allows for any kind of required baking.
These ovens are highly efficient and are capable of high production due to clean and constant operating conditions provided by its optimal gas combustion.
The under-floor heating system allows baking in a baking tin or directly on the oven bedplate choosing and setting the appropriate baking temperature on the oven bedplate thermostat.
The “MRI” range is manufactured in three sizes with a rotary bedplate diameter of:
Ø 110 cm., Ø 130 cm., Ø150 cm.

BBQ version: with charcoal grill for the MR, MRI and MRE ranges ovens

The MR, MRE and MRI series ovens described above are also available, upon request, in the BBQ version. A real charcoal grill is placed in the area intended for wood burning. The coal burning fireplace is made in sheet metal and its height can be adjusted by means of a lever that allows the User to control the baking process by moving the brazier closer to or further away from the cooking grill.

The cooking grill is made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with a special roll-out rack that allows the User to handle the food easily and safely.
This type of structure allows different foods to be roasted, all the while baking pizzas without the risk of mixing flavours, thanks to the high temperatures inside the oven which neutralize any odour.

Ideal for restaurants that require combined oven roasting and baking.
