Wood turning + electric power heated bedplate oven range MRE

Our rotary wood fired “MRE” ovens range has been installed with a system called CHR ("Combined Heaters Regulators"). This system controls the minimum oven bedplate temperature, thanks to two different groups of electric resistances placed under the rotary bedplate, one on its LEFT side and one on its RIGHT side. Each group of resistances can be activated and modulated separately by the User. The thermostatic control refers to a thermocouple placed under the rotary bedplate in the centre of the electric heaters chamber. CHR controls the heat developed by the electric resistances in a differentiated and alternate manner by means of power modulators (triac). This is the most important function of the controller, as it is possible to obtain a very precise baking degree of the product and at the same time a strict control of power consumption. The baking time is controlled by means of a timer with a buzzer which rings at the end of baking.

The “MRE” oven does not alter the functioning characteristics of the wood fired oven and the peculiar user properties combined with the MR oven range.
As for previous MRE rotary ovens range they are manufactured in three sizes with a rotary bedplate diameter of: Ø 110 cm., Ø 130 cm., Ø150 cm.

BBQ version: with charcoal grill for the MR, MRI and MRE ranges ovens

The MR, MRE and MRI series ovens described above are also available, upon request, in the BBQ version. A real charcoal grill is placed in the area intended for wood burning. The coal burning fireplace is made in sheet metal and its height can be adjusted by means of a lever that allows the User to control the baking process by moving the brazier closer to or further away from the cooking grill.

The cooking grill is made entirely of stainless steel and equipped with a special roll-out rack that allows the User to handle the food easily and safely.
This type of structure allows different foods to be roasted, all the while baking pizzas without the risk of mixing flavours, thanks to the high temperatures inside the oven which neutralize any odour.

Ideal for restaurants that require combined oven roasting and baking.
