| Dome finish concept |

| “Cupola” finishing reproduces the typical old style Italian ovens used to have during 1800s and early 1900s. Casing is built in the shape of a half sphere, its chimney directly connected to the dome top to improve product appearance. Cupola finishing adds about 10 cm in width, compared to a Standard finishing of the same model, hence an improved thermal insulation. All oven ranges, except MR-MRe-MRi, are available in Cupola finishing, in following 4 variants: |

CUPOLA BASIC |
| The basic finishing on our “Cupola” ovens is made with special plaster, called “Coccio-Pesto”. It is an ancient material, having very good insulation and transpiration properties, which are very important for the stone hearth oven’s structure. It is made with a mix of natural components, like aged slack lime putty, quartz, clay or ochre inert pigments. Various colors are available, like yellow, red, sand, white, grey or rough (light grey), giving the product an antique appearance. Front brick-like arch available as optional upon request. CUPOLA MOSAIC |
| The Mosaic Cupola is finished with natural stones, entirely hand-made and applied following the ancient “Palladiana” decorating technique. Different and various stone types with their natural colors are available, to suit Clients’ choices. This finishing, with its harmonious look, gives a pleasant visual effect to the environment surrounding the oven, making it a decorative as well as operational object.
