We have been manufacturing since 1969 professional grade pizza ovens to meet our clients’ need; technical research, design and development have always been our company most important values, allowing us to create special products like wood ovens with gas heated bedplates more than forty years ago, then applying this innovation to revolving bedplate, up to modern hybrid wood – gas or wood – electric fueled ovens. We have designed and keep developing the FRV fully electric revolving bedplate oven range. MORELLO FORNI has been designing and building ovens since 1969, including development of the revolving bedplate, to this day a rare and technically challenging feature to produce. The will to innovate traditional oven design began while searching a practical solution to avoid constantly rotating, inside cooking chambers, heavy copper trays used to prepare “farinata”, a local recipe; the rotating bedplate, once built, immediately showed its potential for pizza cooking. Even after 40 years, MORELLO FORNI maintains product design and manufacturing, to offer our clients maximum flexibility in choosing best technical features for their needs. Triple action anti-pollution filters are an example of that, developed to solve chimneys’ overheat and emission problems, very common in traditional wood ovens.
